Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilia Hernandez conducted an unannounced inspection on 06/27/2025. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the health, safety, personal rights, licensing conditions and limitations are as required by Title 22 Regulations. LPA arrived at the facility at 1:45PM and met with Carmen Vasquez, Principal, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 70 children and 20 staff upon arrival. Facility was observed to be in compliance with California Department of Education Title 5 staffing ratios. During the inspection LPA followed up on the completion of the replacement of the flooring that reported to the Department on 04/08/2025. LPA also observed Nature Explore Phase 1: Outdoor Area Remodel in process. Principal provided a copy of the schedule for the use of the outdoor area to accommodate all children enrolled. There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Carmen Vasquez, Principal.
