What the inspector wrote

On 08/12/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson conducted an announced correction visit. LPA conducted an inspection of the facility and was able to confirm carbon monoxide detector located in Room 41 is in operable condition. The following corrections remain: \302\267 Facility will ensure floor surface and rugs are cleaned and in sanitary condition. \302\267 Facility will provide pictures of cubbies or hooks where children will store personal belongings and age appropriate chairs. \302\267 Facility will provide pictures of first aid kit \302\267 Facility will ensure facility is clean, safe and in sanitary condition to ensure the safety and well being of children by removing/relocating items discussed. Place safety latch on cabinet were cleaning solutions are stored. Facility will provide pictures of Child Passenger restraint system posting \302\267 Facility will remove trash can with tight fitting lids. \302\267 Facility will provide a picture of removal of mildew in refrigerator and install a thermostat inside classroom refrigerator. \302\267 Facility will provide pictures of require postings. \302\267 Follow up with Fire Department to confirm classroom capacity approval for room 41. . LPA will review pending application documents. An exit interview was conducted with plan of corrected items discussed. LPA provided Applicant with appeal rights and a copy of this report. Final license determination will be made upon review by the Licensing Program Manager and corrections.
