Pre-licensing visit·June 17, 2025

On 06/17/2025 at 9:30am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson conducted an announced Plan of Correction visit related to the Prelicensing Visit conducted on 05/01/2025. Upon arrival LPA met with applicant YUNSEOK LEE. LPA observed the following: The following corrections were corrected \302\267 Facility created a mass casualty and disaster plan \302\267 Encumbered items and cribs were removed from toddler and preschool classroom. \302\267 LPA observed clean window seals. \302\267 Water fixture pressure flows proper and sufficiently. \302\267 School age outdoor activity space - cemented areas has been leveled to prevent tripping hazard, debris and hazardous material has been removed and fence entrance has been replaced with the proper equipment. Applicant will provide pictures of mesh net fence that will prevent school- age children from accessing play equipment that is not age appropriate. Provide pictures of sufficient amount of table and benches or chairs for resting. Post LIC 610 in a prominent area and submit a waiver for toddlers and preschoolers to share activity space. Applicant will mail or deliver declaration stating the gate that allows vehicles access to school age children . An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to applicant .
