Correction check·July 22, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tatiana Bickham conducted an unannounced Proof of Correction (POC) inspection to the above facility on 7/22/2025.  LPA arrived at the facility at 9:00 AM, identified self and met with Anna Baghramyan, Licensee who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 34 children present with 5 staff during today’s inspection. During the complaint inspection conducted on 6/30/25, the following deficiencies were issued: Type B- CCR 101416.2(b) Prior to employment, an infant care teacher shall have completed.. at least three postsecondary semesters or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development, and three postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units related to the care of infants... POC due date was 7/11/2025. LPA observed 3 staff in the infant/toddler rooms, LPA did not observe any of the staff to have the completed infant/toddler course. During case management inspection conducted on 6/30/25, the following deficiencies were issued: Type B- CCR 101416.5(b)(1)(a) A) There is a fully qualified teacher directly supervising no more than 12 infants. POC was due 7/11/25. LPA observed 3 staff with 11 infants/toddler, no staff in the classroom has infant/toddler units. There is no qualified infant teacher in the classroom. The following deficiency listed on the attached deficiency page is being cited in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Page 1. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. An exit interview was conducted with the Licensee and Appeals Rights provided. Page 2.
