What the inspector wrote

While conducting a complaint follow up investigation, LPA observed a baby walker located in the infant room. LPA reminded Licensee that baby walkers and similar items are not allowed on the premises of child care centers. Licensee immediately moved the baby walker. LPA asked about the director on file, Kristina Khachaturyan. Licensee Anna Baghramyan stated they have not been working since mid July and are expected to return in mid-September. The director has been absent for more tha n 30 consecutive calendar days. LPA reminded that due to the length of time, a substitute director is required to meet the qualifications of a director. Two deficiencies are issued today. See attached page 809-D. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided.
