What the inspector wrote

An in-person, scheduled Office meeting was held on 5/28/2025 at 1:00 PM at the El Segundo North Child Care Regional Office (ESNRO). Present during this meeting were Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Emiko Bell, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amelia Morales, Applicant Vardui Asatryan and applicant's Daughter-in-law Emily Terzyan, who assisted with translation as needed. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the following: 1) Applicant's home shares the same property as the front house with a different address (12242 Lull street, North Hollywood, CA 91605). The attached front house is a licensed Family Child Care Home (License #197493594). 2) Applicant Vardui Asatryan agreed and provided the following documents to LPM Bell and LPA Morales: Declaration from Applicant stating that she understands that as they are two separate addresses and two separate licenses, her landlord can have nothing to do with her daycare and vice versa, as they are two separate entities with two separate licenses. Declaration from Applicant stating that she moved in in approximately October 12, 2024. An exit interview was conducted with Applicant Vardui Asatryan and a copy of this report was provided to her.
