On 4/1/25 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Jeanine Lipsey met with applicant Lusine Makhtesyan. The purpose of the visit was, announce a continued pre-license visit to observe corrections to ensure that health, safety, and personal rights as required by Title 22 and Health and Safety Regulations governing California Child Care Homes have been met. Census, there were no children present. The following items needed to be in place before a license will be considered. Corrections are due by 4/21/25. 1. The construction work on the bathroom and laundry room must be completed. Done 2. LPA need to observe inside of bedroom #3. Done 3. The correct fire extinguisher 2A10BC must be purchased. Purchased 3/25/25. 4. The correct Pediatric infant first aid CPR must be taken in person. Completed on 3/22/25 American Red Cross . 5. Need copy of lease agreement. Done 6. Need pictures of child size tables & chairs, and cots. Done Exit interview conducted, and report was reviewed with the applicant Lusine Makhtesyan.
