What the inspector wrote

On 12/18/2025 Laticia Thompson (Licensing Program Analyst) conducted an office visit with Jackie Schulz, Director and Rachelle Deguzman, Assistant Director for the purpose of reviewing required Licensing Documents. LPA reviewed and collected completed documents. Correction required during prelicensing visit has been completed. Playground equipment pending age group assessment report. LPA provided guidance on additional corrections needed and waiver request information needed for sharing outdoor activity space between infants and toddlers. Director will submitted waiver request letter by 12/18/2025 and additional documents needed by 01/05/2026.
