Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: co-Licensee Diana Menjivar is no longer living in the home and is away more than 20% of operational times, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
