During interviews it was disclosed that on 9/6/2022 at 3pm there was a fuse shortage causing the air condition to be inoperable from 3pm - 5pm. Staff took immediate action by opening windows and turning on fans, which provided ventilation and air flow. It was determined that the facility provided comfortable room temperature for children in care while the air condition system was inoperable. It was revealed that two of the four fuses that was installed on 9/6/2022 was replaced on 9/7/2022, which resolved the fuse shortage issue. Based on the information obtained during the investigation there was not a physical plant violation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above allegation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation of is found to be unsubstantiated. Licensee did receive any citations during today's 9/12/2022 visit. Exit interview conducted, a copy of this report reviewed with licensee and copy given.
