Based on record reviews, observations and interviews it was determined that the above mentioned allegation is unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated \342\200\223 A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. In accordance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22 California Child Care Licensing Requirements, this facility was not cited any deficiencies during the course of this investigation.
