What the inspector wrote

On 10/23/2024, LPA Ranita Richmond and Brittany Lovest conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation. LPA Richmond was greeted by Director, Clara Morales. LPA Richmond toured the facility for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Richmond observed 6 children being supervised and cared for by 2 fingerprint cleared staff. Based on LPA observations, record reviews, and interviews which were conducted and recorded, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22 Division 12, Chapter 1, and Article 06, are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report and appeal rights was read and provided to Director Clara Morales. Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
