What the inspector wrote

Per staff interview and record review, a work order by the facility was created on 12/11/2025 to clear ant hills outside the classroom, adjacent to the outdoor play area. Per staff interview, an additional work order was put in on 02/02/2026 to eliminate ants inside the classroom. The preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. A Type B citation issued. See 9099-D. A notice of site visit was given and must be posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights given. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Supervisor, Melanie Matkin.
