Personal Rights. To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: On 06/27/2022, Child's needs were not met when staff failed to properly supervise Child during water play. As a result, Child's wound and bandage got wet when Child dipped hand in water table.This is a Type B citation and poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
