What the inspector wrote

On 08/25/2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Judy Laureano conducted an unannounced Case Management \342\200\223 Deficiencies inspection at the above mentioned facility. The inspection was conducted to ensure the licensee is in compliance with Title 22 regulations related to deficiencies cited on 8/19/2025. LPA was greeted by Licensee Maryam Ghafari-Mobarhani and toured home. LPA observed 6 children in care with one assistant and licensee providing care and supervision. The following citations issued on 8/19/2025 have been cleared: CCRC 102416.5 (d)(1)- Staffing Ratio an Capacity HSC 1596.8662 (b)(1)- Administration of Child Day Care Licensing HSC 1597.622(c)- Administration of Child Day Licensing LPA reviewed LIC 9224 for all children enrolled. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies or violations were cited. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed and provided to Licensee Maryam Ghafari-Mobarhani. A notice of site visit was provided which must remain posted for 30 days.
