On 04/02/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyra Chavies conducted an unannounced case management- incident visit to follow-up on a self- reported unusual Incident (LIC 624) reported to Community Care Licensing on 01/20/2026. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Kasa Adame. LPA informed director about the purpose of the visit and toured the facility. LPA observed 11 children being supervised by 3 teachers. Incident details: "There was an incident at Peck Park (approximately 1 block south of the school) and there was Police presence, helicopters were circling the area, and the streets were blocked off." On 04/02/2026 LPA Chavies observed children in care, conducted interview with director, and received facility roster and personnel documents. Based on interviews conducted and review of personnel documentation, the facility and staff did adhere to Title 22 California code of regulations and the Health and Safety code governing California. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted with Kasa Adame, this report was read and a copy of this report was given. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
