What the inspector wrote

On 10/09/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyra Chavies arrived at the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction visit and was met by Director Amber Bravo. LPA and director toured the facility. LPA observed 34 children in care being supervised  5 staff members. On 07/16/2025, Licensee was cited for the following: A teacher-child ratio of one teacher supervising 24 napping children is permitted provided that the remaining teachers necessary to meet the overall ratio specified in Section 101216.3(a) are immediately available at the center During today's visit, on 10/09/2025 LPA Chavies observed the following: 1. In the Pre Kindergarten classroom LPA observed a teacher-child ratio of one teacher supervising 11 napping children, in the Pre School classroom LPA observed a teacher-child ratio of one teacher supervising 10 napping children and in the Discovery classroom LPA observed a teacher-child ratio of two teachers supervising 13 napping children. 2. LPA was provided personnel documentation regarding the Plan of Correction (POC). Citation issued on 07/16/2025 has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to Director, Amber Bravo. Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days .
