On 10/22/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Tyra Chavies conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit regarding a UIR that was reported to Community Care Licensing- El Segundo.  office. LPAs Chavies toured the facility and met with director, Derek Wienmann. There were 31 children being supervised and cared for by 5 teachers . During today's visit, LPA Chavies observed children in care, conducted director, assistant director, parent, child and staff interviews, took pictures and received documentation regarding the above incident . Based on the information obtained the allegation requires further investigation. An exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed and provided to director, Derek Wienmann. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
