What the inspector wrote

On 09/17/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyra Chavies conducted an unannounced case management- incident visit to follow-up on a self- reported unusual Incident (LIC 624) reported to Community Care Licensing on 09/11/2025. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Derek Wienmann and Assistant Director, Jasmine Wirght. LPA informed director about the purpose of the visit and toured the facility. LPA observed 6 infants being supervised by 2 staff members. Incident Detail: On 9/8/2025 the Facility sent two infants home due to fevers. On 9/10/25 Facility received notification that Child 1 had a confirmed case of Hand Foot Mouth. On 9/11/25 Facility was notified that Child2 had a confirmed case of Hand Foot and Mouth. On 09/17/2025 LPA Chavies observed children in care, conducted interviews with  assistant director, received facility roster, personnel and facility documents. Based on interviews conducted and review of personnel and facility documentation, it appears the facility is adhering to the Health and Safety Code governing California. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted with Director, Derek Wimenmann this report was read and a copy issued. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
