On 6/29/2023 and 7/26/2023 the home was found to be in compliance of Title 22, section 102416.5-Staffing Ratio and Capacity: (a)The capacity specified on the license shall be the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time. Allegation #2- Physical Plant: Facility is not maintained clean and sanitary. On 6/29/2023 and 7/26/2023, Observations disclosed the home was observed to be clean and sanitary. It is determined that the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated meaning, although the allegation could have happened or could (possibly) be valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.\342\200\235 An exit interview was conducted, this report was discussed with licensee. A copy of the report and appeal rights were provided to licensee Ada Kadosh.
