What Happened
Annual school-age inspection found one staff member present with an 'In Process' clearance status, and that person was sent home before working with children. The rest of the visit showed compliant supervision, sign-in/out, food service, and safety controls.

Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 employee was found to be without a criminal record clearance and present in facility for two days 6/1/2022 and 6/3/2022, employee status showed "In Process" in Guardian which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
