What the inspector wrote

On 4/23/2026 Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) Tyra Chavies and Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Karren Starks conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of serving an Immediate Exclusion for Easton Acuna, the Licensee’s adult son.  LPA observed the licensee, one assistant and 9 children in care. The following was served: ORDER TO INDIVIDUAL OF IMMEDIATE EXCLUSION FROM ALL FACILITIES Easton Acuna ORDER TO LICENSEE OF IMMEDIATE EXCLUSION FROM ALL LICENSED FACILITIES: Easton Acuna Appeal Rights Government Code 11522 LPM and LPA informed Rian Mikklesen-Acuna that Easton Acuna is excluded from this facility and any other licensed facilities by the California Department of Social Services. Easton Acuna has 15 days to submit an appeal. The address for the appeal was provided to the licensee. The exclusion letter for Easton Acuna was served via certified mail. No Deficiencies were cited today. Notice of Site visit must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of report was provided to Rian Mikklesen-Acuna.
