Correction check·August 20, 2025

On 8/20/2025 at 1:15 pm Licensing Program Analyst Claudia Kam conducted a Case Management visit at the above facility to follow up on a Plan of Corrections. LPA announced purpose of visit and met with Lead Teacher/Facility Representative (FR) Maria Calderon. LPA took a self guided tour of the facility of both indoors and outdoors to ensure ratio was maintained. LPA completed record review for the purpose of review of files and documentation to clear a plan of correction. LPA observed current CPR for teacher (S1). Deficiency has been cleared and letter provided to facility representative. The remaining deficiencies are not yet corrected at time of inspection for annual conducted on 6/3/2025. Due date for clearance of deficiencies is 9/8/2025. The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today 08/20/2025. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Maria Calderon.
