Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Based on interviews and observations, there is insufficient evidence regarding the allegations of Lack of Supervision. Staff follow a Staff Supervision Policy throughout the day. Staff provided the procedure that is followed when the children make transitions throughout the day. Children stated the teachers stay with them in the classroom and while they are in the playground. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided. Appeal rights were provided and discussed.
