What the inspector wrote

On 7/15/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond conducted an unannounced case management incident inspection at Allies for every child inc., located at 12120 Wagner Street, Culver City, 90230 for the purpose of following up on the unusual incident that was self-reported by the facility. The El Segundo Child Care Regional Office received the report on 6/27/2025. Upon arrival, LPA met with Education Coordinator, Lisa Perez and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility inside the classrooms and outside on playground C. LPA observed 29 children in care with 11 staff providing care and supervision. According to the incident report, on 6/27/2025, on 06/27/2025 during drop off C1 told parent that “teacher Carla scary” and that teacher hit him. Parent observed an old scar on C1 elbow. During today’s inspection, LPA called the parent of C1, no answer, left voice message to call LPA. LPA was unable to interview teacher Carla due to she is a substitute teacher and has been moved to a different facility since the allegations. LPA was unable to interview C1 due to child napping/sleeping. Per the report, parent was not able to provide information to director regarding which elbow the old scar was located on for C1. Based on the information received there is insufficient evidence to indicate that there was a personal rights violation. At this time, no further investigation is necessary. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies cited today. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report along with the Notice of Site Visit were provided to Education Coordinator, Lisa Perez.
