  • PERSONAL RIGHTS

Personal Rights. Each child shall be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment. This requirement is not met as evidenced by interviews of multiple witnesses demonstrating that the licensee and staff members failed to ensure the personal rights of the children in care during nature walks.During virtual interviews, verbal statement of admission from staff members were expressed concerning children being allowed to urinate in the bushes during nature walks.
