What the inspector wrote

On 2/10/2025, Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Suzette Ornelas and Christina Nunez arrived at the above mentioned address for the purpose of delivering findings for a complaint and deficiencies observed during the complaint investigation process. Upon arrival LPAs were greeted by Licensee, ARRIAGA CATALINA and observed 8 children and 2 fingerprinted adults. During todays visit, LPA's observed multiple deficiencies with the physical plant. LPAs observed a broken wooden plank dividing on/off limits play area that needs to be removed. A cactus plant accessible to children in the outdoor play area, a grill which could use a grill cover and made inaccessible to children in care. A pile of bricks in the corner by the rear gate that are accessible to children in care and need to be removed. A wooden plank leaning against the wall that needs to be made inaccessible. in the covered eating area, LPAs observed exposed nails from a wall that is 3.5 feet tall. P er Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, Type B deficiency is being cited. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, ARRIAGA CATALINA .
