On September 27, 2021 at 10:07 a.m., Antonio Almanza, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), conducted an unannounced site visit for the purpose of delivering finding for complaint received on April 22, 2021. LPA met with Areceli Iraheta, Licensee, and explained the purpose of the visit. The compliant investigation was conducted by Dennis Douglas, Investigator with the Department’s Investigative Bureau (IB). During the course of the investigation evidence was obtained, interviews were conducted with all pertinent parties and information was gathered in regard to the allegation of inappropriate behavior while in the family child care home.Based on all the information obtained over the course of the investigation, although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. A copy of this report, Appeal Rights, and Notice of Site Visit were explained and provided to the Licensee Araceli Iraheta.
