Page 2 On 4/26/2023 LPA initiated interviews with director, staff, children and parents. On 7/10/2023 interviews of all relevant parties were concluded. Based on staff interview (S1,S2,S3,S4) and parent interviews (P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7), no information was disclosed that children\342\200\231s rights were being violated by staff disrupting children\342\200\231s napping period by forcing them awake, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning although the allegations may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of the evidence standard has not been met. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided with a Notice of Site Visit.
