Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tatiana Bickham conducted an unannounced Proof of Correction (POC) inspection to the above facility on 6/13/2025.\302\240 LPA arrived at the facility at 9:00 AM, identified self and met with Julia Glukhovskiy and Julia Mkrtichian, Licensee's who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 8 day- care children present during today\342\200\231s inspection. During the 3 year required inspection conducted on 6/10/25, the following deficiencies were issued: Type A- HSC 1596.871(c)(1)(A)- Subsequent to initial licensure, a person specified in subdivision (b) who is not exempt from fingerprinting shall obtain either a criminal record clearance or an exemption... POC due date was 6/11/2025. On 6/11/2025 LPA received via email a copy of the live scan form for the uncleared adult/employee. As of 6/13/2025 the uncleared adult/employee is fingerprint cleared. The deficiencies noted above have all been cleared and no further action is needed. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. An exit interview was conducted with the Licensee's and Appeals Rights provided.
