What the inspector wrote

On 01/16/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Garcia & Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Maureen Neal conducted an unannounced case management deficiencies inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Diane Taylor. LPA observed 0 children. Information disclosed to the department and determined to be true that the licensee utilizes inappropriate forms of discipline to include hitting of children. This is a TYPE “A” and a personal rights violation. See attached LIC 9099-D. Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report, appeal rights along with the Notice of Site Visit were provided to licensee, Diane Taylor.
