Routine inspection (3-year)·December 30, 2025

On December 30, 2025 at approximately 1:30PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Zaragoza conducted an unannounced, annual inspection. LPA was greeted and granted access by the staff assistant, Guadalupe Cua. Per staff assistant, licensee is on vacation. At the entrance the staff assistant was explained the purpose of the inspection. Present during LPA's visit included staff assistant, licensee's son, and 3 preschool aged children. All adults living in the home and staff working with children have criminal record clearance on file. LPA conducted children and staff file reviews. Due to time constraints LPA will return for an annual continuation. Deficiencies will be addressed when LPA returns. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights were provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the staff assistant, Guadalupe Cua.
