On 12/15/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyra Chavies arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management Visit- Plan of Correction and was met by Licensee, Linda and Henry (Gorden) Ficke. LPA observed 3 children in care being supervised 2\302\240 staff members. On 07/24/2025, Licensee's was cited for the following: (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. During today's visit LPA Chavies observed the following: 1. Both licensee's have a valid Mandator Reporter Certificate 1 of 1 Citation issued has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to licensee, Linda and Henry Ficke. Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
