What the inspector wrote

On 3/26/25 at 2:50pm Jeanine Lipsey Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) and Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Emiko Bell conducted an unannounced Required 3 year Annual Inspection. From 02:40-03:02, LPM/LPA were at an incorrect after-school program, which was in the auditorium of the school. The Site Supervisor of that program, realizing that we were at the incorrect program, then lead LPM/LPA to the correct program, where LPM/LPA were greeted by Teacher's assistant (TA) Gisel Banuelos. TA Banuelos then phoned Director Daniel Jauregui , who arrived at 03:08 PM. An Entrance checklist was provided. Upon arrival, there were 5 children present. During the inspection, 13 children arrived and left; they were supervised by Director and TA. Hours of operation: The AM hours remain unchanged Monday-Friday. However, the PM schedule varies: Monday, Wednesday-Friday 02:25 PM-06:30 PM, Tuesday 01:25 PM-06:30 PM. On "minimum days," the hours are 01:50 PM-06:30 PM. LPM/LPA inspected the classroom and reviewed both children and staff files. Due to time constraints, the CARE Tool could not be completed. The inspection will be completed at a later date. The citations issued will not be re-issued during the next inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Daniel Jauregui. A notice of site visit was given and advised Director that it must remain posted for 30 days
