What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilia Hernandez and Office Technician Jasmine Patterson conducted an unannounced annual required inspection to the above facility on 04/10/2025. LPAs arrived at the facility at 3:30PM, identified self and met with Irina Danielian, Licensee, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Licensee was prepared with her own copy of the LIC 126 Entrance Checklist to help facilitate the inspection. LPA observed no children in care. Licensee provided update email address and notified LPA that the phone number on file is for fax machine only. Primary contact is mobile number on file. Due to time constraints, Annual will be conducted on a future date. LPA provided Licensee with a copy of the 2024 Chaptered Legislation Affecting Child Care Facilities for reference to updates on pool safety requirements. There were no deficiencies cited during today\342\200\231s visit. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Irina Danielian, Licensee.
