On 7/9/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Portia Bowden conducted an unannounced Proof of Correction (POC) Visit at the above facility. The purpose of the visit was to clear a deficiency cited on 3/12/25 for Lead testing. Upon arrival at 2:05PM, LPA met with Nieyla Potts, Teachers Aide, explained the purpose of visit and was guided on a tour of the facility. At 2:15PM LPA observed 32 children in care supervised by 5 staff. Facility also houses a school age program under Facility number 197417254 and a pre school program under facility number 197412437 Capacity and limitations as specified on the license are being maintained. At 2:25PM Licensee Tracie Adams emailed LPA negative Lead test results dated 5/22/25. No Deficiencies were observed during today\342\200\231s inspection.
