LPA Risher conducted a full investigation which included observations and interviews. All information received did not reveal evidence that children were left unsupervised. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. The facility staff provided proper supervision to the children. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided via email to Susie Leonard, Director. Appeal rights were reviewed and provided.
