The CCC also has a contracted cleaning company that comes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and on Tuesday and Thursday the staff clean their respective areas in the CCC, and the trash is taken outside throughout the day and at the end of the school day. LPA Clayton conducted a full investigation, which included facility visits, parent and staff interviews, and document review. Based on LPA's inspections, and observations the CCC owner and Director had system in place to keep the CCC at a comfortable temperature for children in care. The CCC Owner employs an exterminator company that comes monthly to address any bug issues and a cleaning company 3 days a week to keep the CCC clean. The staff handled the incident in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety codes for Child Care Centers therefore above allegation(s) are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.
