What the inspector wrote

On 10/05/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson conducted an unannounced visit to Parrillo FCCH, due to time restraints LPA was unable to complete the inspection. LPA a will return to facility on another date to complete the inspection, Licensee was provide a copy of this report and a notice of site visit (LIC 9213). LPA explained to licensee the report must remain posted for 30 days.
