Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

No disclosures were made from the children. Staff denied being talked to rudely nor are they aware of any staff being spoken to inappropriately. Staff stated they are very respectful towards one another. Based upon evidence obtained during this investigation, the allegations “Licensee speaks inappropriately to staff while in the presence of children” have been determined to be unsubstantiated. A finding that a complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Maureen Perera. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
