What the inspector wrote

On 3/10/26 at 8:33am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeanine Lipsey made an unannounced Case Management visit. LPA met with Assistant Director Brittany Wijesekera. Director Maureen Perera arrived at 9:30am. LPA arrived when all the children were on the grounds singing the morning song. There were twenty-nine children being supervised by four staff. During LPA visit on 3/4/26. LPA observed a teacher and six children leaving Room 8 preschool room to go to room 10, the school age classroom that has a different license. Preschoolers and kindergartens are not allowed to be in the same space at once if not apart of the same license. Type B citation was issued. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Director Maureen Perera  A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
