What the inspector wrote

On 1/26/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Cristina Castellanos and Judy Laureano conducted an unannounced random inspection to ensure compliance with California Title 22 Regulations and the California Health and Safety Code. No children were observed in care during today's inspection. The licensee indicated interest in submitting a request for inactive child care status. Present during the inspection were Licensee B. Guerrero-Villatoro, Co-Licensee J. Guerrero-Villatoro, and the licensee\342\200\231s adult daughter. LPA Laureano reviewed the Guardian Roster and verified that all individuals present have the required fingerprint clearances. LPAs reviewed form LIC 311D and provided a sample packet. LPAs discussed all requirements for maintaining inactive status, which include, but are not limited to: \302\267 Ceasing all licensed child care services until the license is reactivated. \302\267 Contacting the assigned Analyst to arrange an inspection when ready to reactivate the license. \302\267 Continuing to pay all required licensing fees on time. \302\267 Remaining in compliance with all applicable licensing laws and regulations upon reopening the facility. \302\267 Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Bianca Guerrero-Villatoro. A copy of the report and the Notice of Site Visit were provided.
