Facility-requested visit·September 18, 2024

On 9/18/2024, Licensing Program Analysts(LPAs) Isabel Ortega and Donna Maddox arrived at the facility, LPAs announced the purpose of today's inspection and was granted entry. Upon arrival LPAs observed 29 children in care 8 Staff providing care and supervision. Classroom #2 and classrooms #3 are utilized for preschool children ages 2 year to 5 year olds. Today's Case Management inspection was initiated by facility. Facility has requested to add a Toddler component option. Due to new regulations this facility will be closed and a new single license shall be issued with effective 9/19/2024, new License number will be 197750194 (Toddler option classroom #1). Facility is currently licensed for 80 children, however measurements today show a total of 55 children can be accommodated. The following measurements were as followed. Classroom #2 Measures: 38.06 x 19.11= 727.32 divided by 35(indoor space) is 20 children Classroom #3 Measures: 36 x 21.02= 756.72 divided by 35 (indoor space) is 35 children Total of 55 children ages 2 year to 5 year olds. The outdoor space measures 8,766 divided by 75 = 116 Facility has 11 toilets including 2 urinals and 12 sinks. Facility is in compliance and has met Title 22 regulations. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report, appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit (NOA) was provided to the facility on this date. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years. NOA shall be posted for 30 days.
