Margarit Sislyan, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted an unannounced site visit. During the visit LPA observed 46 children were outside with 4 adults. The director, Nee Zartoshy arrived at the facility when LPA was at the facility. LPA conducted file review and observed the files were not complete. The director was not able to provide proof of qualifications of teachers, twelve post-secondary semester or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades, at an accredited or approved college or university. A consultation was provided. Licensee stated that all teachers that were present at the school are qualified. Licensee will submit proof of qualifications to LPA within a week by 09/17/2021. If the required documents will not be submitted by 9/17/2021 the facility will be sited accordingly. Exit interview
