This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on the interview conducted with S1, S1 admitted that during Shabatt, upon opening the bottle of grape juice, the juice smelled a little funny and as precaution she decided to taste the juice to ensure it was not expired. After tasing the juice, S1 inadvertently gave the cup to C1. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
