What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lisa Rios made an unannounced visit to the West Valley Montessori on 8/12/21 for the purpose of concluding the investigation on the above allegations and to deliver the findings. LPA met with Administrator and together discussed the investigation details. Based on the interviews conducted during the investigation process and statements obtained during the investigation process, the allegations cannot be substantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted with the facility administrator. Appeal Rights were issued, and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
