Follow-up on corrections·March 5, 2026

On 3/5/2026 at 2:00 pm Licensing Program Analyst Claudia Kam conducted a Case Management deficiency inspection at the above facility to follow up on Plan of Correction. LPA announced purpose of inspection and met with Facility Representative, Lead Teacher Elisabeth Garcia who granted entry to facility. LPA took a self guided tour of the facility. Census was taken. LPA reviewed staff files for CPR and current mandated reporter. All staff files meet regulation requirements. LPA observed the play area for shade structure. A EZ up has been placed in the play area (shared play space directly in front of the classrooms) as shade for the children. Deficiency has been cleared and letter provided to facility representative. The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today 3/5/2026. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Lead Teacher Elisabeth Garcia.
