What the inspector wrote

On 12/10/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyra Chavies arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management Visit- Plan of Correction and was met by Licensee, Susan Anderson. LPA observed 4 children in care being supervised 1 staff member. Licensee Terri Anderson arrived around 9:30 am and met with LPA. On 10/29/2025, Licensee's was cited for the following: (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. (a) Prior to admission to a family day care home, children shall be immunized against diseases as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, beginning with Section 6000. During today's visit LPA Chavies observed the following: 4 out 4 employees have a Valid Mandated Reporter Certificate 1 of 2 Citations issued have been cleared. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to licensee's, Susan and Terri Anderson. Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
