What the inspector wrote

On 12/10/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyra Chavies arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management Visit- Plan of Correction and was met by Licensee, Susan and Terri Anderson. LPA observed 7 children in care being supervised 1 staff member. On 10/29/2025 LPA Chavies conducted a Annual/Random visit and was unable to review staff files. On 12/10/2025, LPA was still unable to review staff files. Per California code of regulations 102416.1(d) : All personnel records shall be maintained at the child care home and shall be available to the licensing agency for review. Per Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, this facility is receiving a Type B citation. (Please see LIC 809-D) Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Terri and Susan Anderson. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
