What the inspector wrote

On 02/12/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyra Chavies arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management Visit- Plan of Correction and was met by Licensee, Terri Anderson. On 10/29/2025, Licensees were cited for the following: CCR 102418(a) (a) Prior to admission to a family day care home, children shall be immunized against diseases as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, beginning with Section 6000. On 12/10/25 Licensees were cited for the following: CCR 102416.1 (d) 1.\302\240\302\240 (d) All personnel records shall be maintained at the child care home and shall be available to the licensing agency for review During today's visit\302\240 LPA Chavies observed the following: LPA reviewed 5 children files and observed that files are complete with some necessary LIC forms.(LIC 700, 995A, 627,282) and immunization records. LPA reviewed 2 staff files as well as both licensee's. All LIC forms are up to date\302\240 ( LIC 501, 503, 508, Finger print clearance, immunizations and TB test results.) All Mandated Reporter Certificate are valid. Licensees have valid Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certificates. 2 of 2 Citation issued have been cleared. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to licensee's, Terri Anderson. Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
